Description
Writing through Art
Write and the child will not follow you. Draw and the child will!
Writing and drawing should not be done separately but simultaneously. Children draw for fun and, in the process, learn how to write. This is why Writing through Art teaches writing, a seemingly difficult task for young children, through art, a thing they enjoy doing. Through various art activities in the worktext, they will soon learn to write without them even noticing it.
Writing through Art hits two birds with one stone: It lets children have fun drawing while teaching them how to write at the same time.
